Outgoing Massachusetts Representative Barney Frank, the nation’s first sitting member of Congress to voluntarily come out of the closet, spoke with MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell earlier this week on the 25th anniversary of that historic day. O’Donnell and Frank discussed the current polarized political climate, the rapid pace of change on LGBT rights issues in America, marriage equality, and his own upcoming wedding.
